In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, servo system has been more and more widely used in the industrial field as an intelligent control system. The high-precision performance of servo system motion control plays an irreplaceable role in various fields. This paper will start from the definition of servo system, discuss the high-precision performance of servo system in motion control, as well as the challenges and future development of current servo system motion control.
1. Definition of servo system
The same server system is an intelligent control system, which uses the feedback control principle to control the output to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency motion control. A servo system consists of three main parts: actuators, sensors, and controllers. The actuator is usually a motor or motor unit sensor used to measure the position, velocity and acceleration of the output signal, while the controller controls it according to the feedback signal, so that the output signal accurately tracks the trajectory or motion law set by the system.
Second, the high-precision performance of the servo system in motion control
In a servo system, high-precision performance refers to the exact expected value of physical quantities such as position, velocity, and acceleration of the output signal. To achieve high-precision motion control, the servo system needs to meet the following conditions:
1. It has a stable and reliable feedback mechanism, and the physical quantities such as position, velocity and acceleration of the output signal are measured in real time through the sensor, so as to achieve accurate control of the output signal.
2. With high-precision control algorithm, control calculation is carried out according to the feedback signal, and the physical quantity such as position, velocity and acceleration of the output signal is constantly corrected to achieve high-precision control of the output signal.
3. With high-performance actuators, including high-efficiency motors and transmissions, etc., it can achieve high-precision output signal control according to the control signal.
The high-precision performance of the servo system in motion control determines its wide application in industrial production, such as CNC machine tools, automation equipment, robots and other fields all need high-precision servo systems to achieve high-efficiency production.
